Job summary

Truist in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a Regular full-time Customer Service Associate/Teller to build and expand client relationships, providing financial solutions and cross-training in teller duties. The role emphasizes consultative conversations to grow deposits, loans, and services.

You will conduct sales discussions, refer complex needs to specialists, and participate in branch routines to ensure a seamless client experience with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Aim to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
