• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Meet with branch clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult clients and connect them to experts.
