Job summary

U.S. Bank is recruiting a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.

You will assess financial needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and propose tailored solutions while promoting a digital-first banking experience. Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing requests, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs, and banking channel preferences.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
