Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training to meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and build trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
