Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to foster hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and offer financial solutions using digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will engage clients to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate products and services. The role requires a minimum of 1+ year sales experience in retail banking, a high school diploma, and licensing (SIE, Series 6, state registrations) with on‑board training

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry with success in acquiring new clients and growing relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring benefits of products/services to clients' needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while operating within risk parameters and completing required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensed within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
