Job summary

Truist in Savannah, GA is hiring for a Regular, full-time Teller role. You'll deliver a consistent client experience, guide customers through transactions, and promote digital banking solutions.

You will support sales efforts, build relationships, and use banking software to process operations. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and weekend/extended hours availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, offers check, and refer clients to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
