Job Summary

The Client Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with private clients and curating exceptional brand experiences. This position blends personalized client development with the planning and execution of exclusive events to drive sales, recruit new clients, and build a loyal community around Clase Azul Mexico’s Icon Portfolio and Limited Editions.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and storyteller, captivating private clients through immersive experiences that reflect Clase Azul Mexico’s heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Organize and schedule private appointments and tastings for clients, ensuring optimal timing and availability.
  • Create and maintain detailed client profiles in the booking platform, including interests, previous purchases, and follow‑up items.
  • Manage follow‑up communication with clients to ensure a positive experience and lasting relationships.
  • Personalize the client experience, understanding preferences to offer bespoke recommendations and tailored purchasing journeys.
  • Drive direct sales of the Icon Portfolio and Limited Editions, fostering long‑term client relationships.
  • Build and maintain a database of high‑net‑worth individuals and organizations to interact with the Clase Azul experience.
  • Facilitate client travel and experiences by coordinating visits to Clase Azul Mexico Destinations and Boutiques.
  • Support the planning and execution of exclusive events, including buying events, launch events, brand partnership events, and client engagement events.
  • Coordinate event logistics including (but not limited to) site visits, catering teams, vendors, payments, and external agencies or collaborators.
  • Utilize events as a platform to introduce new clients to Clase Azul Mexico’s offerings and grow the private client community.
  • Identify and cultivate brand partnerships that reinforce our luxury positioning and provide access to target consumers.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure each event meets production guidelines and brand standards.
  • Provide post‑event insights and regular reporting of activities, collaborating cross‑functionally to enhance future activations and optimize the client journey.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Two to three years of experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record in client engagement, event execution, and sales‑driven roles.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and luxury partners.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand building, and crafting unique consumer experiences.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and budget management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams across different locations.
  • Strong knowledge and use of appropriate MS Office software.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry weight in excess of 40 lbs. and to pick up and transport POS, event equipment, and product.
  • Willingness to travel within designated territories approximately 30% of the time; valid driver’s license and US passport/visa required.
