360 Network Solutions (360NS) is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our Marietta headquarters. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, technical personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and leadership.

The Specialist will manage customer requests for quotes, pricing, and project information, ensuring timely acknowledgement and completion, while actively monitoring the Estimates inbox to keep opportunities moving

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary connection between company, customers, and sales opportunities.
• Handle quotes, pricing, product information, and project assistance.
• Monitor shared Estimates inbox and advance opportunities after quotes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and manufacturers to support client needs.
