Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an Account Coordinator to support internal communication and coordination across multiple disciplines. You will assist in preparing client updates, maintaining deliverable documentation, and tracking project assets while QA'ing outputs.

Working with the Account team, you’ll help move projects through internal systems to meet client requirements. You will report to the Director of Accounts, Creative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience with a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal communication between stakeholders across disciplines.
• Facilitate external communication with clients (updates, presentations, status calls).
• Monitor and report on client performance regularly.
• Work with project managers to communicate timelines to clients.
• Deliver internal reports and client updates on a regular basis.
• Support Account Management as needed.
