Job summary

Personify Health is seeking an Account Coordinator to support client service teams by keeping projects on track and informing clients. The role serves as the entry point for agency account management careers, bridging account managers and directors with administrative tasks and coordination.

The role requires organizing timelines, drafting reports, and coordinating with creative teams, media buyers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Entry- to junior-level role in agency account management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project workflow between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Maintain project management tools with current status, deadlines, and ownership.
• Draft client reports, meeting notes, and status documents within 24 hours of calls.
• Track deliverable timelines and flag at-risk items to the account team.
• Prepare and submit client estimates, change orders, and invoices with finance.
• Manage client approval workflows and track feedback and version control.
• Research industry trends and audience data to support client presentations.
• Coordinate trafficking of digital and print assets to media partners, meeting specs and deadlines.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for assets, briefs, approvals and correspondence.
• Support new business pitches by gathering research and coordinating logistics for presentations.
