Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, work effectively with attorneys and staff at all levels of the organization.
• At least one year of experience in professional services in marketing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up for RM client team meetings.
• Maintain RM plans, client summaries, strategy reports, and related program materials in the firm’s document management systems.
• Assist with CR initiatives for RM clients in coordination with CR managers.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up of CLE programs, relationship summits, and client-facing events; manage invitations, RSVP lists, on-site/virtual support, and post-event reports.
