POSITION DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting support: Actively assist with outreach emails, CRM updates, lead tracking, and client research.
- Scheduling & coordination: Organizing client meetings across phone, Zoom, and in-person formats, including confirmations and follow-ups.
- Client communication: Calling clients with reminders, updates and timely follow-ups.
- Calendar & email management: Maintain an efficient, client-focused schedule and inbox.
- Event & webinar planning: Support logistics for virtual events, webinars, and client-facing conferences.
- Client experience: Prepare documents, coordinate thoughtful follow-up gestures, and deliver a high-touch, luxury-level experience.
- Document handling: Manage sensitive materials with the utmost confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Fluent in French, spoken and written, and have excellent command of English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented, able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable speaking to clients by phone and email.
- Strong team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Strong proficiency in standard computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, CRM platform and Canva.
EXPERIENCE
Experience required in client acquisition, and administrative, client service, or financial services support role preferred.
