Job summary

ABC Imaging in Houston seeks a Client Relations Manager to lead client engagements and oversee billing, equipment maintenance, and staff coordination. Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and strong service orientation.
• Ability to motivate and monitor progress of staff.
• Knowledge of print production equipment and materials.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality deliverables for clients to meet deadlines.
• Manages all administrative responsibilities to meet all technical and billing requirements (Meter Reads, Time Reporting, and Equipment Maintenance Management).
• Organize all aspects of the workforce for the shop to meet deadlines and budgets (staff scheduling, work hours, etc.).
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and upgraded.
• Recommend new acquisitions to increase productivity.
• Checks accuracy of billing and helps resolve billing issues on all jobs.
• Escalates all open helpdesk tickets daily.
• Assists Major Account Managers with accounts by sharing information, contacting clients, and hosting events.
• Reviews and keeps the Client Relations Operations Manuals updated.
• Communicate regularly with the Client Relations District Manager regarding client and staff concerns.
• Manages inventory and organizes supplies.
