Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for its Thorofare, NJ location. The role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service, managing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and maintaining accurate record-keeping across systems.

Qualifications

2-5 years customer service experience, preferably industry specific and account management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
Strong mathematical and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

Serve as initial contact for Sales and Customer and coordinate across production, management, accounting, shipping, and design.
Build strong client relationships to influence production planning and service strategies.
Coordinate with operations and scheduling to ensure on-time deliveries.
Manage orders: estimating, timelines, entry, follow-up, tracking and billing.
Maintain accuracy across systems including order entry, requisitions, estimating, and price files.
Log customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee inventory management including min/max, aging and reconciliation.
Coordinate vendors and raw materials to meet delivery timelines.
