Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support Sales, Manufacturing and shipping operations. You will communicate with customers, take and place orders, and coordinate timely deliveries using the KIWI system.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing and data entry; five years in customer relations is preferred, with strong focus on accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and support Sales, Manufacturing and shipping operations.
  • Take customer orders from customers or account managers.
  • Place orders timely for materials and supplies for production.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, quotations, changes and confirmations.
  • Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.
  • Work with production staff and KIWI system to achieve on-time deliveries.

Pay Rate

$48,300 - $64,400

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Physical Location:
The Job You Will Perform
  • R esponsibility to communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting Sales, Manufacturing and shipping operations; has a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and works with production staff to achieve on-time customer deliveries; Responsible for multiple accounts of small to medium customers with high complexity.
  • Take customer orders either directly from customers or account managers.
  • Place orders on a timely basis for purchases of materials and supplies to be used in production.
  • Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions.
  • Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.
  • Work with production staff and utilize KIWI system to achieve on-time customer deliveries.
