Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in client relations, marketing, or a related field.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Client Relations Manager and team members as assigned.
