You will manage and coordinate assigned account operations, prepare proposals and bids, host meetings, and maintain documents using Microsoft Office. In-person, video, and phone interactions help deliver professional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree or prior industry account manager experience.
• Minimum 1 year of viable account management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned account operations.
• Create proposals and bids through company software.
• Coordinate and host video and audio conference meetings.
• Meet and greet clients and employees via software.
• Create, maintain and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Perform general clerical duties and data entry.
