Job summary

Beyond Clean Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to generate leads and book residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning clients. The role focuses on building relationships with homeowners and business owners and promoting our services.

You will follow up on leads, maintain professional representation of the brand, and work with management on pricing and opportunities. Commission eligibility depends on booked services and collections, with potential for recurring income.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or business development preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners, business owners, and potential customers.
• Self-motivated with ability to independently generate leads.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to represent Beyond Clean Solutions in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote Beyond Clean Solutions and its cleaning services.
• Identify and generate new residential, commercial, post-construction cleaning opportunities, Shrink Wrap, Junk Removal, and Power Washing
• Build relationships with potential customers and business owners.
• Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked customers.
• Communicate professionally and accurately represent the Beyond Clean Solutions brand.
• Work directly with management regarding potential customers, pricing, and service opportunities.
• Assist in growing recurring and long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Ensure customers are successfully booked and services are completed before commissions are paid.
