Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Market Liaison, Guest Services to manage a portfolio of private jet clients and oversee catering orders.

A four-year degree is preferred and 2–5 years in account management with CRM experience is expected; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in account management or customer service.
• Experience managing client relationships in aviation and catering is a plus.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in multiple languages a plus.
• Proficient in computer navigation and terminology.
• Ability to multi-task during regular business.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in culinary services or aviation is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned private jet clients and local FBOs.
• Oversee orders for the market with a focus on several client types to ensure top execution.
• Answer local phone calls during business hours.
• Monitor orders via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Review orders from start to finish, including data entry and delivery.
• Conduct regular client communications to assess needs and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers in client orgs.
• Gather client feedback and translate to operational improvements.
• Engage in local outings and events to strengthen relationships.
