Placements24 is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

You will oversee day-to-day client interfaces, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar account management role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Experience working in a hybrid or client-facing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Oversee the day-to-day client interface and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and present relevant solutions.
