Job summary

Michael Howell State Farm is hiring an Account Representative to drive daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services products to improve customers' lives while promoting lasting relations. A P&C license is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer relationships is preferred.
• Ability to market products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Able to relate to diverse customers and maintain professional interactions.
• Property & Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
