Job summary

hhv is seeking a Client Relations Associate at entry level to support our growing event marketing team. You will help manage client relationships, assist with planning and coordinating campaigns, and ensure exceptional service from planning through execution.

This role offers hands-on experience in client management, event logistics, and brand projects, with exposure to proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing priorities.
• Interest in marketing, events, branding and customer engagement.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, events, sales or client relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests and ongoing needs.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing event marketing campaigns.
• Develop client-facing materials including proposals, presentations and reports.
• Manage client accounts and project details, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Track campaign performance and provide updates and recommendations.
• Support event logistics and on-site coordination, including venue setup and materials.
• Maintain organized client records, timelines, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client experience.
