Job summary

All Faiths Funeral Services - North in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time outside sales professional to establish relationships with client families and guide them through options for interment and cemetery property.

You will develop referrals, coordinate aftercare, and ensure compliance while maintaining accurate documentation and timely contracts and payments. A four-year degree and proven sales experience are preferred, with an active driver’s license; insurance licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.
• Prefer college degree or some college required.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales production strongly preferred.
• May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable state law.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with client families to meet their needs at time of need or pre-need basis.
• Tour and guide families to cemetery lot locations.
• Develop referrals and coordinate aftercare appointments.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies by completing required documents and payments.
• Submit contracts and payments accurately and on time.
