Infallible Home Care, LLC in Greenville, MI is seeking a passionate Client Relations / Care Coordinator. You will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring seamless communication between clients, families, and caregivers, focusing on client satisfaction rather than numbers.

The role offers part-time to full-time hours with standard office hours and rotating after-hours scheduling for emergencies. You will report to the Agency Owner and contribute to a collaborative, supportive office culture.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in administrative, scheduling, or home care roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and scheduling software.
• Strong personal accountability and problem-solving under pressure.
• Respect for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
• Standard office hours with rotating after-hours scheduling.
• Ability to cover shifts for bed-bound client in emergencies.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, compassionate, and proactive Client Relations / Care Coordinator to be a part of our small office. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our office. You will ensure seamless communication between our clients, their families, and our dedicated caregiving team. This position focuses entirely on client satisfaction. Focus on people, not numbers—this role is dedicated entirely to operations and care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of administrative, scheduling, and home care experience.


• Communication: Exceptional verbal and communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.


• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and adaptable to home care scheduling software.


• Attributes: A high degree of personal accountability, excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, and a deep respect for seniors and individuals with disabilities.


• Availability: Standard office hours, with participation in a rotating after-hours phone schedule for scheduling emergencies.


• Teamwork: May need to cover a bed bound individual's shift in an emergency.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $17.50-18.50 depending on experience and home care background.
