Job summary

Texas Security Bank in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Relations Specialist II to handle customer-facing transaction processing, including teller tasks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and change orders for commercial clients. You will balance the cash drawer and assist with deposits and banking operations.

You will work closely with the Client Relations Manager to follow bank policies, handle emails, calls, and chats, and support reporting.

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
One year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Opening and closing designated branch locations.
Provide client services such as cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and debit cards.
Balance cash drawer and branch vault daily.
Processing of mobile and merchant electronic deposits daily.
Assist with client emails, phones, and chats within set time frames.
Support reporting and internal process tasks as needed.
Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
