Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year retail customer service or banking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations with a calculator.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of transactions including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and change orders.
• Assist customers with opening accounts and processing check orders; issue debit cards and perform account maintenance.
• Provide notary service and support branch opening/closing duties per security procedures.
• Balance and maintain daily cash drawer and assist with vault, ATM and receipt reconciliation.
• Respond to inquiries about bank products/services; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Handle mail, night-drop and document scanning; assist with general branch duties.
