Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service requests and resolve bank issues professionally and timely.
• Handle routine account requests including funds transfers, stop payments, and deposits.
• Open and close various accounts with necessary disclosures for new and revised accounts.
• Oversee onboarding of new client relationships.
• Serve as Tier 1 support for Treasury Management products and online banking.
• Provide expert guidance on online banking platforms and account types.
