Job summary

Security National Bank is seeking an onsite TX Client Experience & Banking Center Representative in Dallas to support day-to-day high-quality transactions and client servicing for consumer and commercial clients.

You will be part of a branch team, handling deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, and servicing requests while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role grows with the Texas client service model over time.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in transaction processing and customer service.
• Able to deescalate customer situations and provide professional service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and shared inboxes/trackers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily banking center transactions with accuracy.
• Open, maintain, and service deposit accounts.
• Manage in-branch client interactions and fulfill service needs in real time.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance transactions per procedures.
• Follow branch opening/closing procedures and reporting.
• Support relationship activities and cross-team collaboration.
• Assist with commercial client servicing and related follow-ups.
• Ensure service is seamless, compliant, and timely.
