The Client Relations Assistant is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client from the first interaction through ongoing services. This role ensures clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while providing the administrative and operational support that allows trainers to focus on training dogs and serving clients. Success is measured not simply by completing tasks, but by creating positive client experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Owns the first impression of Canine Craze.
Owns an accurate and organized client schedule.
Owns accurate and complete client and dog information.
Owns a clean, organized, and welcoming client environment.
Owns reliable administrative support for trainers and teammates.
Client Focus - Creates welcoming, informed, and positive experiences for clients.
Organization - Keeps schedules, records, materials, and workspaces accurate and accessible.
Communication - Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently in person, by phone, and in writing.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Benefits include:
Full-Time Position
Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – Noon.
