Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with assigned business accounts and serves as the main day-to-day contact.
• Answers, researches, and resolves operational problems using a consultative approach with every client interaction.
• Supports delinquency management, client systems and program implementations; promotes electronic and web-based solutions.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure high levels of service delivery; maintains high service satisfaction through training and updates.
