• Experience with department-specific systems.
• Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships through overall customer support services.
• Proactively identify potential problems and compliance issues.
• Maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of customer relationships.
• Identify products and services that meet customer needs.
• Develop working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact.
• Execute standard departmental procedures.
