Job summary

Omnicom's BBDO agency seeks a Business Manager to oversee day-to-day client management and drive projects from brief to execution. You will serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals while ensuring high-quality work.

You'll develop a strong understanding of the client's business, brands, audiences, and category dynamics, and collaborate across strategy, creative, social, media, and production to move work efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of account management or related experience in an advertising or integrated agency.
• Experience supporting projects across digital, social, paid media, or other channels.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and support trusted client relationships.
• Understand client business models, brands, audiences, and category dynamics.
• Oversee projects from brief through delivery with clear timelines and approvals.
• Maintain status documents, timelines, meeting recaps, and action items.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, social, media, and production to align work with objectives.
• Support paid media creative development and social initiatives across teams.
• Anticipate client and project needs and identify solutions with seniors.
• Ensure deliverables align with approved strategies and client feedback.
