You will partner with senior leadership to marshal cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client deliverables.

The role emphasizes process discipline, financial rigor, and effective communication, with involvement in budgeting, invoicing, and governance across onshore and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in project management with multi‑project delivery.
• Ability to interface with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in budgeting and vendor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts to plan, launch, and report media campaigns.
• Embed finance best practices into workflow definitions and project timelines.
• Consult and confirm governance, ensure training compliance across platforms.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across onshore/offshore resources.
• Collaborate with investment, activation, and operations teams on/offshore.
• Ensure invoicing for fees and media is delivered timely.
