Comp: ~$180K-$200K base + Bonus + Equity

Our client is a growing financial technology business providing complex, business-critical software to banks and institutional financial clients.

They’re hiring a Client Delivery Director to lead complex software implementations, manage senior client relationships, and help develop a high‑performing Professional Services function.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can combine capital markets knowledge, technical implementation experience, client management, and team leadership.

What the role looks like:

• Owning complex client implementations from initial engagement through go‑live
• Leading requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and deployment
• Managing multiple concurrent implementations, priorities, risks, and client expectations
• Working closely with Product and Engineering to prioritise issues and drive delivery
• Acting as a senior client‑facing representative throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Supporting product demonstrations, client training, and solution discussions
• Leading and mentoring implementation / delivery team members
• Improving Professional Services processes, project governance, and delivery standards
• Remaining hands‑on with implementations while the team continues to grow

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience implementing complex capital markets or financial technology platforms
• Background in Professional Services, implementation, client delivery, or consulting
• Practical knowledge of complex financial instruments, trading, treasury, risk, or related capital markets workflows
• Strong understanding of trade capture, lifecycle events, settlements, valuations, collateral, payments, and front‑to‑back processing
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data mapping, file‑based interfaces, or similar technical environments
• Strong client‑facing skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to run projects independently, prioritise issues, and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing implementation teams
• Comfortable operating as a player‑coach rather than a purely strategic manager
• Willingness to travel when required

Useful experience:

• Experience working for a capital markets or financial software vendor
• Previous experience within a bank or financial institution
• Trading platforms, treasury technology, risk systems, post‑trade software, or other capital markets infrastructure
• SaaS implementation methodologies and project governance frameworks
