Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Client Project Coordinator I in Baton Rouge, LA for an on-site role supporting the Project Management team. You will help with intake, setup, and execution of client work, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field and at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Serve as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal Pace teams to ensure successful project setup.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
