Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides client service and support to internal and external clients daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing, reconciliations and accounting services.
• Regularly updates client accounts in a timely manner.
• Supports clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn about our clients and our products.
• Monitors client inquiries, resolves non‑routine issues and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
• Utilizes problem‑solving skills and best judgement to analyze information, and to provide our clients with information related to BNY products.
