Job summary

PMMC in the United States seeks a Client Performance Leader to build and guide a high-performing Client Performance organization focused on proactive portfolio management, client outcomes, and long-term retention.

You will develop Client Performance Managers into trusted advisors, partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Health, and PMO, and drive execution across portfolios to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop others.
• Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills; SQL and MS Project a plus.
• Proven track record of improving client outcomes and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Performance Team by coaching and mentoring.
• Own portfolio health by measuring client health, utilization, risks, and priorities.
• Drive Business Review excellence with timely, executive-ready reviews.
• Lead portfolio execution by removing barriers and ensuring action plans.
• Manage client escalations and coordinate across departments to resolve issues.
• Optimize adoption and retention by increasing platform utilization and growth opportunities.
• Own Client Performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
