Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business preferred.
• Licenses and registrations required: SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 9/10 or equivalent, Mass Registration, Trader Certification.
• 8+ years of financial services client experience.

Responsibilities

• Focus on bottom-line performance and enhance end-to-end client experience.
• Improve retention, NNA, Banking and referral conversion while protecting client experience and risk standards.
• Set a performance culture with clear expectations; coach and develop leaders to improve results.
• Forecasting, scorecards, and gap-to-goal actions to manage to targets.
• Collaborate with Platforms, Marketing, WFM, P2A, A&D, and Risk/Compliance to improve outcomes.
• Expand share of wallet by connecting clients to relevant solutions.
• Strengthen controls and supervision; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, recruit, develop and retain key talent.
