Job summary

Sharp Decisions is seeking a seasoned delivery executive to lead and build a high-performing PMO for Markets Technology in New York. You will establish governance, portfolio management, delivery standards, financial oversight, and executive transparency across a complex global technology organization.

This is not a traditional PMO role; you will influence at the executive level, drive accountability, navigate matrixed dynamics, and enable sustainable delivery across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology delivery, PMO or transformation leadership.
• Experience building or scaling PMO or Delivery Office organizations.
• Strong executive presence with engagement of senior leadership.
• Proven ability to drive change in matrixed environments.
• Experience with financial governance and investment management.
• Capital Markets experience preferred.
• Leadership of global teams across regions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery, PMO, portfolio management, or transformation functions.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming PMO, Portfolio Management, or Delivery Office organizations.
• Strong executive presence with proven experience engaging senior leadership and executive steering committees.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change within complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong experience in financial governance, portfolio planning, investment management, and delivery oversight.
• Capital Markets experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and managing global teams across multiple regions.
