Job summary

BNY in Pittsburgh seeks an Associate to join the Client Performance team. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA with 4 days in office per week, offering exposure to portfolio performance analytics and client reporting.

You will support data collection, respond to client inquiries, and help translate market trends into actionable insights for risk management and portfolio decisions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and up to three years of experience, with trading or brokerage experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
• No direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in monitoring and collecting data on client portfolio performance.
• Answer questions about reporting systems and reports used by clients.
• Conduct research on industry trends to understand key issues.
• Collect and analyze data from client portfolios to monitor performance and inform risk/portfolio decisions.
• Develop technical expertise regarding product offerings to assist clients.
• Maintain the online platform used to generate client reports.
• Provide senior professionals with data from client trades to improve client experience.
• Contribute to team goals.
