Job summary

Vertical Relevance is seeking a Client Partner to grow our financial services practice with strategic, quota-bearing engagements. You will source and close professional services opportunities, build trusted executive relationships, and position us as a partner of choice for AWS cloud and AI transformation.

You will operate across our seven AWS competencies, leveraging GenAI and Anthropic partnerships to drive outcomes for large financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years selling professional services into financial services.
• Proven track record selling AWS cloud services.
• Experience leading direct sales with financial services clients and closing SOWs.
• Experience working with AWS partnership teams and co-selling with partners such as AWS ProServe or Anthropic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close professional services opportunities in financial services across banks, asset and wealth managers, insurers, and payments firms.
• Build pipeline across all seven AWS competencies and connect opportunities across them.
• Lead direct sales with financial services clients and own the end-to-end pursuit from first meeting to SOW closure.
• Collaborate with AWS and partner teams (Anthropic) on co-sell motions and funded initiatives.
• Own the full commercial lifecycle past signature: procurement, onboarding, billing, and collections.
• Represent Vertical Relevance at industry events and client roundtables to drive brand and thought leadership.
