Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Practice Client Partner for its Engineering Services Practice within Industrial + Hi Tech Manufacturing. The APEM handles client interfaces, builds account plans, and manages relationships to sustain a portfolio up to $10M annually.

Responsibilities include client delivery governance, opportunity management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales forecasts and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in sales/relationship/account management with a track record of closing large deals.
• Deep understanding of Hi Tech or Manufacturing engineering services offerings and C-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and drive business development within assigned account scope.
• Oversee opportunity management from Prospect to Close, aiming at a portfolio up to $10M.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of client commitments.
• Develop account plans, governance, and pricing decisions to meet forecasts and targets.
• Lead a joint sales strategy with industry teams and drive multi-location consulting engagements.
