Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a senior energy-focused sales leader to own the pipeline across North American upstream and midstream operators from Houston.

You will leverage an activatable operator network to win new logos, expand existing accounts, and translate Tiger’s IT/OT/data offerings into measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Energy (upstream and/or midstream) with a consulting/analytics sales track record.
• Activatable network of decision-makers at North American E&P and midstream operators.
• Proven record of new-logo wins and account growth in data/AI/digital transformation services.
• Based in Houston or willing to relocate; able to travel for in-person client meetings.
• Entrepreneurial, consultative operator who thrives in a build environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-logo growth across mid-cap and mid-market North American upstream E&P and midstream operators i.e., build and own the pipeline.
• Mine and expand existing accounts, land-and-expand within our Energy portfolio, deepening relationships and growing revenue.
• Be our person on the ground i.e., the local, trusted Tiger presence in Houston, building senior relationships across Data, Digital, IT/OT, and Operations leadership.
• Activate your network: Bring and leverage existing operator relationships to generate qualified leads from day one.
• Position our capabilities: Translate Tiger’s Energy offerings (IT/OT/IoT data unification, Tiger Data Fabric, OGI Agentic AI, physics-informed ML, predictive asset performance, production optimization) into tangible client outcomes.
• Win deals: Partner with pre-sales and delivery to shape proposals, SOWs, and pursuits through to close.
• Represent Tiger at Energy industry events and forums across Houston and North America.
• Inform strategy: Feed market intelligence and client signals back into the practice roadmap.

• 12 to 15+ years in Energy (upstream and/or midstream), with a strong track record in consulting, analytics, data, or technology services as a sales, BD, or account leader. (Years are a guide, not a hard filter; track record matters more)
• An existing, activatable network of decision-makers at North American E&P and midstream operators. This is an important requirement.
• A proven record of new-logo wins and account growth selling data/AI/analytics or digital transformation services.
• Deep fluency in the Energy operating context i.e., upstream/midstream operations, IT/OT environments, and the digital and data priorities of operators.
• Houston-based (or ready to relocate immediately), and comfortable with regular in-person client time.
• An entrepreneurial, consultative operator who thrives in a build environment and can work independently.
