Hydrogen Group is expanding its Fort Worth team and seeks a Client Partner who runs a full desk: owning client relationships and the delivery behind it with no handoff.

You will run intake calls, translate client needs into a search brief, then source, screen and present candidates who meet the real brief. The role suits recruiters used to 360 recruitment, with on-site work in Fort Worth three days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 recruiter owning both the client relationship and the delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead job intake calls with hiring managers and other client stakeholders to scope out roles and set expectations up front
• Build relationships across each account, from the hiring manager taking the call to the sponsor who signs off on the hire
• Act as the client's day to day point of contact, so trust is built through delivery rather than promises
• Spot opportunities to expand Hydrogen's role within existing accounts and pass market insight back to the wider team
• Own full life cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and close
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across the Utilities & Power sector
• Manage multiple live requisitions at once without letting any one of them slip
• Keep candidates and clients updated at every stage, so nobody is left chasing you for news
