CiresiMorek is a Cleveland-based executive search firm specializing in manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial markets. We’re growing and looking to add an experienced Search Consultant to our team.

This hands-on recruiting role will source, recruit, interview, present candidates, manage the process, and work directly with clients. You’ll manage multiple searches across functions and levels, from Plant Manager to VP-level, and quickly understand the market to find top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruiting or search experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or related markets.
• Proven ability to manage a volume of searches and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing skills; you know how to find people who aren't actively applying.
• Comfortable interviewing and assessing manager-through-executive-level candidates.
• Confident communicating directly with clients and senior-level candidates.
• Organized, responsive, and able to keep multiple searches moving.

We’re growing and looking to add an experienced Search Consultant to our team.

The Role

We’re looking for a strong recruiter who can run a search, manage multiple priorities, and keep things moving.

This person will manage a volume and variety of searches across different functions, levels, and locations. You need to be comfortable jumping from a Plant Manager search to a Director of HR, Quality leader, or VP-level and quickly understand the market and find the right talent.

This is a hands-on recruiting role. You’ll source, recruit, interview, present candidates, manage the process, and work directly with clients.
