We are seeking an accomplished Client Partner to drive strategic growth across Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, and High Tech accounts in East Coast. The ideal candidate will own executive client relationships, drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and lead large-scale digital transformation engagements.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on expanding existing strategic accounts while acquiring new logos through consultative and value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Own executive relationships with key enterprise accounts across BFSI, Capital Markets, and High Tech.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to C-level executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Develop long-term account strategies aligned with clients' business priorities.
- Drive customer satisfaction and executive governance through regular business reviews.
- Own a portfolio with annual revenue responsibility ranging from $15M–$50M+.
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets through account expansion and strategic new business development.
- Identify, qualify, and close multi-million-dollar transformation engagements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Account Growth
- Expand wallet share through cross-selling and upselling across service lines.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and drive penetration across business units and geographies.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful program execution and long-term customer success.
Strategic Business Development
- Drive new logo acquisition within Banking, Capital Markets, FinTech, Payments, and High-Tech sectors.
- Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity qualification through contract negotiation and closure.
- Partner with alliance teams, consulting leaders, and solution architects to develop differentiated client solutions.

- Proven experience managing strategic accounts within BFSI, Capital Markets, or High Tech.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex IT services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or digital engineering solutions.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Mentor account teams and support strategic account planning.
- Represent the organization at executive forums, client events, and industry conferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience selling cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, or digital engineering services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel across North America (30–50%).
Compensation (Typical U.S. Market)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $300K-$350K+
