Client Outreach Partner (Lead Generation)

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This salaried position offers a bonus, full benefits, excellent training, and generous PTO. It is remote, ideally for candidates residing in East Coast states. If qualified, apply now to be part of our growing team.

Basic Function

The Client Outreach Partner identifies leads and schedules meetings for Client Partners, manages campaigns for conferences, and triages inbound leads. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, strong verbal and written skills, and adaptability to new technologies. Progress is shared weekly, emphasizing continuous improvement and celebrating successes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Align with Business Line Presidents on strategy and update leaders on results.
  2. Master marketing messages for each business line, understanding use cases and case studies.
  3. Create and seek approval for outreach copy, and develop campaigns to generate meetings.
  4. Provide concise summaries of leads to inform Client Partners.
  5. Collaborate daily with other Client Outreach Partners to ensure team success.
Knowledge/Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Outreach, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, including Teams.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
