Client Outreach Partner (Lead Generation)

Basic Function:

The Client Outreach Partner team identifies leads and schedules meetings for Client Partners. They develop and monitor campaigns for conferences and individual Client Partners, and triage inbound website leads. Effective communication with high-level internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with strong verbal and written skills. The role requires learning and applying new technologies, with progress shared weekly. This highly visible position emphasizes continuous improvement and celebrates incremental successes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Align with Business Line Presidents on strategy; provide regular updates on results.
  • Become an expert on marketing messages, understanding use cases and case studies.
  • Draft and seek approval for outreach copy; develop campaigns that lead to meetings.
  • Provide executive summaries of leads to ensure understanding of opportunities.
  • Collaborate daily with other Client Outreach Partners for team success.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Outreach, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, including Teams.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
