Client Outreach Partner (Lead Generation)

Basic Function

The Client Outreach Partner team for Amplity identifies leads and sets meetings for Client Partners. They create and track campaigns for conferences and assigned individual Client Partners, sometimes referred to as Business Development colleagues. Client Outreach also triages inbound leads from our website. The incumbent communicates effectively with both high level internal and external stakeholders for the assigned business lines. Strong verbal and written skills are a must. The ideal incumbent is comfortable with learning and applying new technologies to accomplish goals. Progress towards goals is shared with internal teams on a weekly basis. This is a highly visible role that includes an attitude that is focused on constant improvement and celebrates incremental success.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Align with the President(s) of each Business Line on strategy. Provide regular updates to the Business Line Leader and Client Partners on results.
  • Become an expert on our marketing messages for each business line, demonstrating a thorough understanding of use cases and case studies.
  • Draft copy consistent with approved marketing messages and gain approval. Develop and execute outreach sequence campaigns with results that lead to meetings for Client Partners.
  • Provide a short executive summary on leads to ensure the Client Partner has a full understanding of the opportunity.
  • Collaborate with other Client Outreach Partners daily, leading to optimal team success.

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
  • Advanced Degree preferred
  • Expertise in Outlook, Outreach, Salesforce and Smartsheet, as well as Microsoft Office products including Teams.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders.

Credentialing Requirements

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Company’s expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses. This list may be subject to change, including the potential for additions or modifications. In the event of any significant changes, you will be notified accordingly.
