Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BD, logistics, and finance to align forecasts, POs, and shipments.
• Process customer change requests and update sales orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate order packets and necessary documentation for billing.
• Communicate KPI progress and escalation as required.
